Management of Municipal Solid Waste
OFT introduce a new technology developed in The Netherlands for the management of Municipal Solid Waste.
M/s. Lubo Systems have been in the business of waste screeng and management techniques for about 50 years and they have pioneered a new system of waste management which is known as "24 Hour Composting". As is known that the conventional methods of composting garbage takes approximately 6 months to complete, the new system offers composting of organic matter into compost within 24 hours. The compost can further be converted to fertlizers with added modules for commercial sale in pellet form.
Another new system devloped is a Solid Waste converter. In this system, the Municipal solid waste is converted into fuel grade cellulose fiber particulate. This material is compatible with coal and thus can be used as a fuel to run the Coal based Power Plants instead of coal. The advantages are many. The municipal solid waste i converted to fuel on a continuous basis and thus the landfill requirements to dump the garbage will be greatly reduced as the waste is converted as it comes. The segregation of plastics and other constiuents of the municipal solid waste are handled automatically and segregated separately.
